User access to Creative Designer
If the email address that requires access to Creative Designer doesn’t have a Weedmaps account, an account needs to be created.
Follow the steps below to get access to Creative Designer:
Create a Weedmaps account with the email you’d like to use here: https://weedmaps.com/signup.
Once created, take note of your Weedmaps email address.
Contact your Weedmaps Account Executive (WM AE), and provide them with your Weedmaps email address.
Your WM AE will grant the email access to the Creative Designer.
Use your Weedmaps email to log in to Creative Designer here: https://admin.weedmaps.com/creatives.
Confirm your email address is correct at the top right-hand corner. If not, log in with the correct email address.
Confirm that you have access to the parent account for your organization(s).
Click Design your first creative to begin creating your ads.
