Weedmaps offers two types of POS integrations with Greenline:
Live menu integration: Allows for a listing’s menu to be built directly from a POS Partner’s product inventory and periodically synced to keep your Weedmaps menu up to date.
Order integration: If a customer places an order on Weedmaps, the order will automatically be sent to your Greenline POS for fulfillment.
Part 1: How to Enable the Integration in Greenline
In order to get started with the menu or order integration, clients must first enable the Greenline add within the Greenline dashboard:
In Greenline, navigate to Integrations from the left-hand menu.
Toggle ON the Greenline.
Select API Keys in the top right corner and retrieve these mandatory credentials:
companyID
locationID
Part 2: How to Set Up the Integration in Weedmaps
Once you have gathered your credentials from Greenline, you need to configure your Weedmaps admin account to establish the connection:
Log in to your Weedmaps Admin account.
From the main dashboard, navigate to the Menu section on the left navigation panel and select POS Integration
Select Greenline from the Point of Sale dropdown menu.
Input the companyID and locationID that you copied from your Greenline dashboard into the respective fields.
Click Next and Save.
How to set up an order integration
Retailers using Greenline as their POS system can enable integration with WM Orders. You must have the following features enabled for a successful Orders integration setup:
At a minimum, a Basic Listing account with Weedmaps
WM Orders enabled
WM Integration via Weedmaps Crawler Menu
An account with Greenline
Provide your WM Rep with the Company ID and Location ID for all listings, and we will set up the order integration for you.
