To ensure you are providing an exceptional customer experience, you are expected to complete pickup and delivery order requests in a timely fashion.
If orders are left incomplete for longer than 12 hours, the listing's order features are removed automatically due to inactivity.
If disabled for inactivity, you can re-enable the order features by going to the All Listings tab, located under Status.
