Taking control of your listing's availability ensures customers always know when your business is open and when online ordering is active. WM Admin allows you to configure physical storefront hours independently from online ordering windows, giving you precise control over customer expectations and team fulfillment capacity.
Business Hours vs. Order Hours: What’s the Difference?

How to Set Store (Hours of Operations) Hours
Your Store Hours reflect your standard daily schedule displayed on your public Weedmaps listing:
Log in to WM Admin.
In the left navigation menu, click Listing to view your business details.
Scroll to the Hours section.
Enter the opening and closing times for each day of the week.
Click Save to update your public profile.
How to Set Up Order Hours
Customize your online ordering schedule for specific pickup or delivery zones:
Log in to WM Admin.
In the left navigation menu, go to Orders and select Zones.
Select the specific delivery or pickup zone you want to adjust.
Click Edit zone.
Scroll down to the Order hours section and enter your desired opening and closing times.
Click Save to apply your new hours immediately.
Zone Changes Impact:
Adjustments made to a zone, such as updating order hours or pausing incoming orders, apply to all locations and listings assigned under that specific zone.
How to Pause Incoming Orders in a Zone
If you need to temporarily pause incoming online orders during an operational rush or emergency:
Log in to WM Admin.
In the left navigation menu, go to Orders and select Zones.
Select the specific zone you want to adjust.
Locate the toggle switch for Incoming orders next to the zone name and turn it OFF.
Important Note: Toggling off incoming orders pauses online ordering temporarily until 11:59 PM on the current day. Normal scheduled order hours will resume automatically the following day unless toggled off again.
