Install and Launch the Desktop Application

  1. Download: Download and install the Weedmaps desktop application. Ensure that the application is running on your computer before proceeding to the next steps.

  2. Install: Follow the on-screen instructions to install the application on your computer.

  3. Launch: Open the application once installed.

Log in and Select Locations

  1. Login: Enter your Weedmaps user credentials.

  2. Select distribution center: Select the locations where you want to enable Auto Print.

Set Default Printer

  1. Configure Printers: In the settings menu, find the option to configure printers.

  2. Select Printer: Select the printer you wish to use.

Confirm Printer Compatibility and Setup

  1. Connect Printer: Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer.

  2. Check Supplies: Make sure the printer has sufficient paper and ink/toner.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Compatible with Star Receipt Printer. (TSP100)

Test the Auto Print Functionality

  1. Place Test Order: Make a test order on your Weedmaps page.

  2. Verify Printing: Check if the order details print automatically on the printer.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues:

  • Make Sure you are logged into the WM Auto Print Application.

    • If the distribution center is "spinning" and you are unable to select one, this is because no user is logged in.

  • Ensure the Application is Running: Confirm the Weedmaps Auto print application is open and running in the background.

  • Check Printer Connection: Verify the printer is properly connected and turned on. Ensure it is connected to the same wifi as the desktop device you are using the Auto Print app on.

  • Set Default Printer: Double-check the default printer selection.

  • Restart: Restart your computer and try again.

  • Consult Support: If problems persist, refer to the printer's manual or contact the manufacturer's support.
