Overview

Building consumer trust starts with actively managing product feedback. The Reviews tab in your Weedmaps Admin account allows you to view, filter, and monitor user-generated reviews published on your brand’s live product pages. Whether you are analyzing feedback for a specific item or flagging community guideline violations, this guide covers how to manage your brand reviews effectively.

Navigating the Reviews Tab

All reviews displayed in the Reviews tab are live and visible on Weedmaps. You can easily isolate specific feedback using built-in search and filtering tools:

  1. Log In
Go to your WM Admin account.

  2. Access Reviews
Navigate to your brand dashboard and click the Reviews tab.

  3. Filter by Product
Select one or multiple products from the dropdown menu to isolate specific feedback.

  4. Filter by Star Rating
Filter reviews by their overall score (1 to 5 stars).

  5. Search by Keyword
Use the search bar to locate specific keywords within the body of a review.

How to Report a Review

If you believe a review violates Weedmaps Community Guidelines, you can flag it for moderation:

  1. Locate the specific review you want to flag.

  2. Click the Actions drop down menu next to the review.

  3. Select Report.

  4. In the text box that appears, enter a detailed reason for reporting the review.

  5. Click the Report button to submit the flag to our moderation team.

Understanding Review Types

Review entries display differently depending on how the consumer submitted their feedback:

  • Full Reviews (Title, Body & Rating): Submitted directly through public brand product pages. These include a 1 - 5 star rating, a review title, and a written review body.

  • Rating-Only Reviews: Submitted immediately after a consumer completes an order. These display only a star rating without a title or written comment.

Best Practices for Review Management

  • Monitor Feedback Regularly
Routinely check incoming reviews to gain valuable consumer insights into product perception, quality, and packaging satisfaction.

  • Provide Clear Reporting Details
When flagging a review, reference specific policy violations (such as explicit language, spam, or off-topic comments) to assist the moderation team in taking swift action.

  • Analyze Rating Trends
Use star-rating filters to group 1- or 2-star reviews and identify potential issues with specific batch runs, product descriptions, or retailer fulfillment.
