Overview
Deactivating a teammate immediately revokes their access to all of your organization's store listings and prevents them from logging in to Weedmaps Admin.
Deactivation is temporary - the user remains in your organization's directory marked as Inactive, allowing Admins and Managers to easily restore their access at any time.
Deactivation vs. Permanent Removal:
Deactivate: Temporarily suspends permissions. The user remains listed on the Team screen with an Inactive status tag for easy reactivation.
Permanently Remove: Completely removes the teammate from your organization. Once removed, they will no longer appear on your Team screen. To delete a user entirely, see How to Permanently Remove a Team Member.
Role Requirements
User deactivation can be performed by teammates assigned to Admin or Manager roles.

Confirmation: A success banner will appear in the top-right corner of your screen.
Status Tag: An Inactive badge will display beneath the teammate's name in the Team directory.
User Experience: If the deactivated user attempts to log in to Weedmaps Admin, they will encounter an Unauthorized Access screen notification.
