Overview
To access Weedmaps Admin, authorized users log in at weedmaps.com, select their profile avatar, and click Manage my business under the Business services section.
If the Business services section or Manage my business tab does not appear in your dropdown menu, follow the troubleshooting steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Verify Your Account Credentials
Ensure you are signed in with the exact email address associated with your business listing rather than a personal consumer profile.
Log out of weedmaps.com and sign back in using your business login.
If your organization uses multiple accounts, confirm with your Admin that you are using the email address assigned to your listing.
Confirm Email Address Verification
When a new Weedmaps Admin account is created, a Welcome verification email is sent to your inbox. Unverified accounts are restricted from accessing administrative features:
Search your email inbox (and spam/junk folders) for the Weedmaps Welcome Email.
Click the verification link inside the email to complete your registration.
Refresh your browser page and check your profile menu again.
Verify Account & Listing Assignment
If you are logged into the correct, verified email address but still cannot see the tab, your user profile may not be linked to the business page:
For Teammates: Ask your organization's Admin or Manager to check the Team tab and confirm your account has been added and assigned to the correct listing.
For Account Owners: Contact your Weedmaps Account Management Team to verify that your account profile is properly mapped to your store listing in Weedmaps' system.
Step-by-Step: Accessing Weedmaps Admin
Go to weedmaps.com and log in.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Locate the Business services heading.
Select Manage my business to launch your dashboard.
