What is Auto-approve and how does it work?
Auto-approve is an optional setting that will automatically approve all incoming Brand Linked Product requests from retailers, without requiring you to manually review each match before listings are updated with the information contained in your Brand catalog.
When Auto-approve is enabled:
You will not have to actively manage and approve product linking queues in Admin.
At any time, you can review the linked products and ensure they are accurate.
If a retailer link is incorrect, you can unlink at any time.
You can take advantage of our curation features to optimize product linking, and manage exceptions when needed.
Enabling or Disabling Auto-approve
When you set up your brand catalog, Auto-approve is enabled by default. We recommend leaving Auto-approve enabled, but if you prefer to manually manage your retailers, you can uncheck the Auto-approve box at any time in WM Admin. If you do this, please be sure to log in to Admin regularly and manually manage your queue to have the best results on Weedmaps.
