Pro-Tip: Avoid the "Draft" Status
When finishing your design, patience is key. Before clicking Save creative on the final step, ensure all design sizes have fully rendered.
Warning: If you save too early, your creative may appear as a "DRAFT" placeholder instead of showing your completed thumbnail.
Troubleshooting: How to Fix a "Draft" Creative
If your ad asset is stuck in "Draft" status, follow these steps to trigger the render:
Select Edit: Click the Edit button next to the creative showing as "DRAFT."
Navigate to Finish: Click Next step repeatedly until you reach the final screen.
Wait for Rendering: Stay on the final page until every design size is fully visible and loaded.
Save Again: Once fully rendered, click Save creative.
