WM Payments: How to activate Merrco as a payment provider in Canada

In Ontario, Canada, or British Columbia, you can integrate your Canadian listing(s) with a supported payment provider when you have a Cova or Greenline point-of-sale and are WM Orders enabled.

Note: Merrco is the only supported payment provider (at this time).

Activating Merrco on a listing


To sync customer orders directly to your Cova or Greenline POS, please ensure your Weedmaps listing(s) have WM Orders enabled.

Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Click the links below to get WM Orders enabled:

    1. WM Integrations: I use Cova, how do I start the WM Orders integration?

    2. WM Integrations: I use Greenline, how do I start the WM Orders integration?

  2. Obtain your Merrco IFrame Access Token:

    1. Use the email template below to contact Merrco and request your iFrame token.

  3. Keep an eye out for a Merrco Support representative confirming your request.

  4. Merrco Support will provide you and the Weedmaps Payments team with your:

    1. Business name

    2. Merrco account number

    3. Merrco client I.D.

    4. Client secret key

    5. iFrame token

  5. Once a Weedmaps Payments representative receives your iFrame Token, your listing(s) will be activated to accept online payments!
