Overview
The WM Orders Fulfillment app allows your staff and operators to manage incoming Weedmaps orders directly from an iOS device (iPhone or iPad).
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Download and Install the App
Open the App Store on your iOS device.
Tap the Search tab and type WM Orders Fulfillment into the search bar.
Locate the official app and tap Get (or the download icon).
Authenticate with your Apple ID or Passcode to complete the installation.
OR scan the QR code below to install.
2. Enable Notifications
Open the app after installation.
When prompted, select Allow to enable push notifications.
Crucial Step: Enabling notifications ensures your team receives instant real-time alerts whenever a new customer order is placed.
3. Log In to Your Account
Open the WM Orders Fulfillment app.
Enter your Weedmaps Admin Username or Email Address and Password.
Tap Log In.
Prerequisites & Account Access
WM Orders Access Required
Your Weedmaps account must be granted permission to access WM Orders. If you experience login or permission issues, ask an account admin to check your user permissions.
