If you recently added a new teammate to your Weedmaps listing and would like them to access WM Orders, please call us at 1-844-WEEDMAPS (933-3627) or email us at [email protected].
Adding WM Orders access to a new teammate is currently unavailable for self-service use and will need to be added by Weedmaps Support.
When contacting Weedmaps Support, please provide the name, email address, and phone number of the new teammate's Weedmaps account, as well as the order zone you would like them to have access to.
Once a member of our team receives your request, we will update the teammates' user permissions to have access to WM Orders and notify you when this is completed.
