How to Add & Manage Delivery Drivers

Expand your delivery fleet. Learn how to add new drivers to your Weedmaps Admin account and manage their active status and permissions.

Whether scaling up your delivery operations or adding a new team member, assigning drivers in WM Admin is key to keeping your routes running smoothly.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to add a driver to your organization so they can be assigned delivery routes and start fulfilling orders.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to add a delivery driver:

  1. Log in to your Weedmaps Admin account

  2. Head over to your Admin portal section by selecting the avatar icon, and then under this pop-up tab, select Manage my orders

  3. From the left-hand menu, select the ORDERS tab

  4. Select the DRIVERS tab

  5. Select Add driver on the right-hand side. Once you have selected this, you can add the driver information and send an invitation.

Please note: Before you add your drivers, ensure the driver has:

  • Created a Weedmaps account

  • Added their phone number to their account

Confirm that the driver's phone number and name are correct.

Once you’ve added your driver, they’ll receive a link to download the WM Driver app. Have the driver sign in with their Weedmaps credentials to get started.
