On the Orders homepage, you’ll find a centralized dashboard that helps you monitor key activity at a glance across your business. It presents the following core metrics and controls:
What You’ll See
Order Status Counts
The number of orders currently in “New” status.
The number of orders “In Progress” (i.e., being processed or prepared).
The number of orders that are marked as “Ready”.
These counters allow you to quickly assess backlog, throughput, and readiness to fulfill.
On-Shift Drivers (for delivery businesses)
If you’re operating deliveries, the dashboard shows how many drivers are currently “on shift”.
This helps you gauge capacity to fulfil outgoing orders and whether more drivers need to be brought on.
Location Filter / Listing
The dashboard displays the locations tied to your organization (e.g., multiple storefronts or deliveries).
By default, the filter is set to “All Locations”, so the metrics reflect your entire business footprint.
How to Use It
Use the location filter to switch between individual site views (if applicable) or see an aggregate across all sites.
Monitor driver availability if delivery is part of your operations, to gauge capacity and staffing needs.
Keep an eye on the “Ready” vs “In Progress” counts to detect bottlenecks (e.g., too many “In Progress” relative to “Ready” may signal an internal delay).
