Once you’re up and running with WM Orders, staying on top of new incoming requests is critical for timely fulfillment. You can choose from several notification methods to ensure your team never misses a sale.
1. Chrome Browser Notifications
This method is ideal for staff working at a front desk or a stationary terminal. For these alerts to work, you must keep the WM Orders tab open in your browser.
How to Enable Chrome Notifications
Open Chrome Settings: Click the three-dot menu (More) in the top-right corner of Chrome and select Settings.
Navigate to Site Settings: In the left-hand menu, click Privacy and security, then click Site Settings.
Manage Notifications: Scroll down to the Permissions section and click on Notifications.
Allow Specific Sites: Under Allowed to send notifications, click Add.
Enter URL: Enter the web address (URL) for WM Orders and click Add.
2. WM Orders Fulfillment Mobile App
Best for delivery drivers or floor staff who are constantly on the move.
Initial Setup: The first time you launch theWM Orders Fulfillment app, you will be prompted to enable notifications. Be sure to select Allow
Requirements: You must have a Weedmaps order admin user account to log into the app.

3. Auto Print
For high-volume shops, Auto Print provides a physical record as soon as a new order is received. When enabled, orders will automatically print out at your designated station.

Troubleshooting: Not receiving alerts?
If your settings are "On" but you aren't hearing or seeing notifications, check the following:
Focus Mode / Do Not Disturb: Ensure your computer or mobile device isn't in a "Quiet" or "Focus" mode that blocks pop-ups.
System Volume: Verify that your device volume is turned up and that the browser tab is not muted.
App Updates: Ensure you are running the latest version of the WM Orders Fulfillment app.
Chrome Pop-up Blocker: Ensure Chrome is not blocking windows from the WM Orders dashboard. To allow them:
Go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
Select Pop-ups and redirects.
Under Allowed to send pop-ups, click Add and enter [*.]weedmaps.co
