Export Order History
You can download your listing’s order history to a CSV file for reporting or analysis in other applications.
Important:
Per the WM Orders Supplemental Terms, you may only use WM Orders User Personal Information to fulfill Weedmaps.com Orders placed through the WM Orders feature. Exported data cannot be used for marketing purposes.
How to Export Orders
In WM Admin, go to the Orders tab and select All Orders.
Click Select date range, then choose a start date and an end date from the calendar.
Note: If you don’t select a date range—or if the range is too large—you may see an error message when exporting, as there may be too many orders to process. If this happens, select a smaller date range and try again.
Click Export orders.
Choose a location to save the CSV file on your computer, then click Save.
What’s Included in the Export
The Orders CSV export includes all orders originating from your listing on Weedmaps. However, please note that certain actions may affect the data shown in your export:
Canceling and manually recreating orders
Manually entered orders
Export limits (maximum of 30,000 orders per file)
Orders from listings integrated with a POS system (not included)

Note:
The CSV file contains additional data fields not shown in the WM Admin Orders view. For example, the Discount Code field is included in the export, allowing you to perform detailed analyses of discount code redemptions.
