You can download your listing’s order history to a CSV file for processing in another application by following these steps.

NOTE: Per WM Orders Supplemental Terms you may only use WM Orders User Personal Information to fulfill WDC Orders placed with you via WM Orders Feature. Therefore, you cannot use exported data for marketing purposes.

  1. From WM Admin, go to the ORDERS tab and select ALL ORDERS.

  2. Click Select date range and select a date range by clicking the start date and then the end date from the calendar.

NOTE: If you don’t choose a date range or if you choose a date range that’s too large, you may get an error message when you try to export, since there will be too many orders to process. If you see this error, choose a smaller date range and try again.

3. Click Export orders.

4. Choose a location to save the CSV file to and click Save.

The Orders CSV export will include all orders originating from your listing on Weedmaps, but please note that other events affect the content, the count of orders, and revenue amount in the CSV export:

  • Cancelling an order and recreating it manually.

  • Inputting manual orders.

  • The export won't include an order count beyond 30,000 total orders.

  • Orders that come from listings that have a POS integration won't be included.

Here’s a list of the fields that will be exported:

  • Order ID

  • Date/Time

  • Status

  • Type

  • Source

  • Zone/Location Name

  • Listing Name

  • WMID

  • Customer Name

NOTE: The CSV file contains some additional fields that aren’t displayed from the Orders view in WM Admin. For example, the Discount Code field is included in the export and can do a detailed analysis of discount code redemption.
