If you have created custom promo codes, you can track their performance by exporting your order history. This helps you identify which discounts are driving the most sales.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Business Management: Log in to your Weedmaps account. Click on your Avatar in the top right corner and select Manage my business.
Navigate to Orders: From your WM Orders dashboard, click the Orders tab located in the left-hand sidebar.
Set Your Date Range: Use the Select date range calendar tool at the top right to choose the specific period you want to analyze.
Export Data: Click the Export orders button. A CSV file containing your order history will download to your device.
Review Insights: Open the CSV file. To find promo code data, look for these two specific columns:
Discount Code: Displays the specific name of the promo code used (e.g., "SPRING20").
Discount Total: Shows the exact dollar amount subtracted from that order's subtotal.
Pro-Tip: If these columns are empty for a specific row, it means no promo code was applied to that order.
