User reviews

You can find your user reviews by heading to Listings > Dispensaries > Editing Listing, then click on the “Reviews” tab.

Shoppers can leave user reviews for dispensary and delivery listings to share their experiences with others.

Reviews have two components, the star rating and the written review. Users can submit reviews with only a star rating, or with both a star rating and a written review.

Managing your reviews

Within your Reviews tab you can reply to written user reviews. Click the “Actions” dropdown and click on “Official Response”.

There are three different types of reviews within your Reviews tab:

  1. Reviews with a star rating and a written review

    • You can add an official response and report these reviews if necessary. Your official response will show up on the listing reviews page.

  2. Reviews with only star ratings (verified and non verified)

    • You can add an official response. Your official response will show up on the user’s My Reviews page within their account. Verified reviews with only a star rating cannot be reported.

  3. Verified reviews with a star rating and a written review

    • You can add an official response and report these reviews if necessary. Your official response will show up on the listing reviews page.

Verified reviews

A “verified purchase” badge is displayed on reviews made by users we can connect to orders at your listing.*

Users can view this informational tool-tip when viewing verified purchases when they are displayed on your listing: “The verified purchase badge appears on reviews written by users that have placed an order from this listing on Weedmaps.”

*Please note, if a user simply goes to your listing reviews tab and writes a review, we do not connect those reviews to orders at your listing at this time, so those reviews cannot be marked as a “Verified purchase”.
