Brand Product Reviews
You can find reviews Weedmaps shoppers have left for your products under the “Reviews” tab.
The “Reviews” tab allows you to view each separate user-generated product review for your brand. All product reviews shown within the “Reviews” tab are live and published on WM.
Filter and search options allow you to drill down deeper:
Filter reviews by product or products
Filter reviews by star-rating (1-5)
Search reviews by keyword or keywords within the review body
You can take the following actions to manage your product reviews:
Report a review
Click the “Actions” dropdown and click on “Report”. A text box will appear where you can add in the reason why you are reporting this review. Click the “Report” button to submit the review to our moderation team.
Outside of the Admin, you still have the option of reporting product reviews from your brand page on Weedmaps.
Product reviews with title & body vs. reviews with only ratings
Product reviews that have been submitted through brand product pages (e.g. https://weedmaps.com/brands/dime/products/dime-key-lime-pie-1000mg-all-in-one-device), include the star rating, review title, and review body.
Product reviews that have been submitted after placing an order will only show the star rating.
