If you have a dispensary listing on Weedmaps, you can enable a pick-up ETA to display to customers during checkout.
Refer to the image below for an example of how this will appear to customers.
You can set up or modify your listing’s pick-up ETA by following the steps below.
Step 1: From Weedmaps.com, click your user icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Select “Manage my business” under the “Business services” section.
Step 3: Locate your dispensary under the “LISTINGS” tab and edit.
Step 4: Once on the “GENERAL” tab, scroll down to the “Menu” section.
Step 5: To enable the setting, check the box next to “Display pick up ETA for the Full Menu.”
Step 6: Enter the estimated pick-up time by specifying the number of minutes or hours your dispensary requires to prepare an order for pick-up. If you do not enter a specific estimated pick-up time, Weedmaps will default it to 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 7: Click “Save” at the bottom right corner of the screen.
