Business Hours vs. Order Hours: What’s the Difference?
It is common to confuse these two settings, but keeping them distinct ensures a smooth experience for both your staff and your customers.

How to Set Store (Open) Hours
Your Store Hours reflect your standard daily schedule on your public Weedmaps listing. To update them:
Log in: Go to your Weedmaps Admin account.
Open Listing: From the left-hand navigation menu, click Listing to find your primary business details.
Go to Hours: Locate the Hours section.
Enter Your Schedule: Fill in the opening and closing times for each day of the week.
Save Changes: Click Save to update your public profile.
Zone Changes Impact
All locations that are under the zone will be affected by any zone changes, like order hours or toggling off orders.
How to Set Up Order Hours
Follow these simple steps to customize your online ordering schedule for pickup or delivery:
Log in: Go to your Weedmaps Admin account.
Navigate to Zones: Look at the left-hand menu, click the ORDERS tab, and then select ZONES.
Select Your Zone: Find the specific delivery or pickup zone you want to adjust, then click it.
Enter Edit Mode: Click the Edit zone button.
Adjust Your Schedule: Scroll down to the Order hours section and enter your desired opening and closing times.
Save Changes: Click Save to apply your new hours immediately.
How to Toggle Off Incoming Orders in Zones
Log in to your Weedmaps Admin account.
From the left-hand menu, click the "ORDERS" tab and select "ZONES".
Navigate to the specific zone you want to adjust, then click it.
Locate the toggle switch for incoming orders next to the zone and turn it off.
Note: If you toggle off incoming orders next to the zone, it will only stop orders until 11:59 PM that day.
