If you have order hours enabled in WM Orders, follow these steps to manage your order hours.
WM Orders | Order Hours Enabled
From weedmaps.com, click your user icon in the upper right.
Click Manage my orders to go to the Order Fulfillment Center.
Go to the Zones tab and select the zone you want.
Click Edit zone.
Scroll down to the Order hours section and make the changes you want.
Click Save.
NOTE: Order hours you set on the Order Fulfillment Center aren't synced with your listing hours, so we recommend that you change them in both places if you do have order hours enabled. Follow the steps below to modify your listing hours for pickup or delivery.
If you DON'T have order hours enabled in WM Orders, you can manage your order hours for pickup or delivery by following these steps to modify your listing hours.
Listing | Pickup Order Hours
From weedmaps.com, click your user icon in the upper right.
Click Manage my business to go to WM Admin.
From the LISTINGS > DISPENSARIES tab, locate your business and click EDIT.
Scroll down to the Hours section and make the changes you want.
Click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: For pickup orders, you can also check to Accept orders outside business hours, which you can find in the Pickup Profile section just above the Hours section.
With this setting enabled, orders can be received outside of business hours and completed after you open.
With this setting disabled, your customers will see a "could not process due to business hours closed" error message and will not be able to place orders outside of business hours.
Listing | Delivery Order Hours
From weedmaps.com, click your user icon in the upper right.
Click Manage my business to go to WM Admin.
From the LISTINGS > DELIVERIES tab, locate your business and click EDIT.
Scroll down to the Hours section and make the changes you want.
Click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
