As an organization's Admin, you have the ability to add, edit, and view team members in your organization. Admins also have the ability to activate and deactivate team members within the organization.
When adding a teammate, you must have the employee's email address:
If an employee already has a Weedmaps account and user profile, they just need to provide you with that account's email address
If an employee doesn't already have a Weedmaps account and user profile, they'll need to create one and provide you with the email address they used to set up the account
Let's get started
Navigate to Weedmaps (www.weedmaps.com) and click Log in to access your account
Once logged in, click your avatar and select Manage My Business from the drop-down menu
Adding a teammate
After you log in to your Weedmaps Admin account, navigate to the Team section.
1. From the left-hand menu, click Team.
2. At the top right, click +Teammate.
3. For Name, type the teammate's first and last name.
4. For Email, type the teammate's email address.
Note:
The teammate needs to use this same email address when creating their Weedmaps profile.
If the teammate already has a Weedmaps account they prefer to use, enter that email address instead.
5. For Roles, select the role of the teammate:
Admin
Manager
Campaign Manager
Associate
Note:
Whichever role you select for the teammate is the role they have, regardless of the location they're assigned. For example, if you select the Manager role for a teammate, that teammate can only have the Manager role for any locations they're associated with.
They cannot have a Manager role at one location and an Associate role at another location.
6. For Listings, check the box next to each listing location you want to give the teammate access to.
To select all listings, click Select all under the search bar
To uncheck any boxes, click Clear
7. Once all fields are populated, click Invite.
If you wish to delete the information entered, click Discard
Once you click Invite, a notification appears in the top right corner of the screen confirming that an invitation was sent to the Teammate and the email address where the invite was sent to.
On the Team screen, a Pending tag displays — below the name of the newly added Teammate — indicating that the Teammate has yet to confirm their invitation.
