How to add a teammate

As an organization's Admin, you have the ability to add new teammates to your Weedmaps organization and assign them roles.

When adding a teammate, you must have the employee's email address:

  • If an employee already has a Weedmaps account and user profile, they just need to provide you with that account's email address.

  • If an employee doesn't already have a Weedmaps account, they'll need to create one and provide you with the email address they used to set up the account.


Adding a teammate

  1. Log in to your Weedmaps Admin account

  2. From the left-hand menu, click TEAM

  3. At the top right of the screen, click +Teammate

  4. Input the teammates Name and Email address

  5. Select the Role of the teammate

  6. Select the Listings you want to give the teammate access to by clicking the checkbox next to the listing name or by clicking Select all

  7. Select Invite

Please note: On the Team screen, a Pending tag may display below the name of the newly added teammate indicating that the teammate has yet to accept their invitation.
