Teammates that are no longer with your organization can be permanently removed. Deleting a teammate means you are removing their access to your organization and any assigned listings. A deleted teammate no longer displays on your Team screen.
The person does not lose their Weedmaps account, only the permissions necessary to access your organization.
After you log in to your Weedmaps Admin account, navigate to the Team section.
From the left-hand menu, select Team.
On the Team screen, find the teammate you wish to edit.
With the desired teammate selected, click the options ⁝ button (three stacked dots) to the right.
Select Remove.
A notification appears asking you to confirm the removal of the teammate.
Select Remove.
Select Cancel to leave the teammate as-is and return to the Team screen.
Once you select Remove, a notification appears in the top right corner of the screen confirming that the teammate was removed successfully.
On the Team screen, the teammate is no longer listed and they have no access to your organization in the Weedmaps Admin panel. If the removed teammate attempts to log in, they will receive an unauthorized screen notification.
