Deactivating a teammate disables their access to all of the organization's listings, and they are not able to log in to their account. Deactivating a teammate does not permanently delete the teammate from the organization; Admins (and Managers of the same listings) are able to see deactivated teammates on the Team screen.
To permanently remove a teammate from an organization, see How do I remove a teammate? Once a teammate is permanently removed, they are no longer visible on the Team screen.
After you log in to your Weedmaps Admin account, navigate to the Team section.
From the left-hand menu, select Team.
On the Team screen, find the teammate you wish to edit.
With the desired teammate selected, click the options ⁝ button (three stacked dots) to the right.
Select Deactivate.
A notification appears asking you to confirm the deactivation of the teammate.
Select Deactivate.
Select Cancel to leave the teammate as-is and return to the Team screen.
Once you select Deactivate, a notification appears in the top right corner of the screen confirming that the teammate was deactivated.
On the Team screen, an Inactive tag displays — below the name of the teammate — indicating that the teammate was successfully deactivated.
If the deactivated teammate attempts to log in, they will receive an unauthorized screen notification.
