Once listed, you gain access to Weedmaps Admin to showcase your live menu, run targeted promotions, and streamline online ordering.
Eligibility Requirements & Checklist
To ensure regulatory compliance and platform security, verify you have the following information prepared before submitting your request:
Official Representative Status: Submissions must be completed by an authorized owner, executive, manager, or designated representative of the business entity.
Active State & Local Licenses: You must hold valid, active state/provincial and local cannabis licenses relevant to your business type (Retailer, Delivery, Microbusiness, Brand, or Cultivator/Manufacturer).
Business Contact Information: A primary business phone number and work email address reserved for administrative communications.
Storefront or Service Area Details: Your physical street address (for dispensaries) or designated license delivery zones (for delivery operators).
How to Submit Your Request
Go to the online Add a Business form.
Select Business Type: Indicate whether you are registering a Storefront Dispensary, Delivery Service, Brand/Manufacturer, or Doctor/Clinic.
Provide Business Details: Enter your legal business name, DBA (Doing Business As) name, and official license numbers.
Enter Location & Reach: Input your physical address or licensed geographic operating region.
Submit Representative Contact Info: Enter your name, title, phone number, and direct work email address.
Submit Application: Review your information for accuracy and click Submit.
What Happens Next?
Initial Review (1–2 Business Days)
A member of the Weedmaps Onboarding team will review your application and cross-reference your license documentation against active regulatory databases and will contact you within 1 to 2 business days.
Onboarding & Account Setup
Your assigned Weedmaps Representative will guide you through:Selecting the package tailored to your business goals.
Setting up your listing.
Connecting your Point of Sale (POS) system for real-time menu and inventory updates.
Publishing your storefront logos, cover art, business hours, and operational details.

Yes, provided the agency has official authorization from the license holder to act on behalf of the business during the onboarding process.

Submit a single request using the primary location's details. Your assigned Weedmaps Representative will assist you with adding additional storefronts or delivery hubs under a unified organization profile during onboarding.
