Click on +Add Region under Regions

Select the state you would like to region lock 

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Product page
2. Click on +Add Region under Regions
3. Select the state you would like to region lock 
4. Click Save Changes

Note: Region-locked products will only appear in the region that is selected. Leaving this field blank will allow your product to display in all regions.
