How to use the Asset Kit
The WM Ads Asset Kit includes 3 different image guides to use as reference. Fit your assets into the provided files and submit them for review and mockups.

Product Image Sizing Guide
The image is sized for both Hero Banner & Promo Tile. Fit your logo or product into the square. Make sure the background is transparent.
Hero Banner Background Guide (Optional)
The image is sized for the Hero Banner with labeled breakpoints. The sides of the image will crop at the respective breakpoints. The copy will sit on top of the background, so don't add any text or designs that could affect legibility.
Promo Tile Background Guide (Optional)
The image is sized for the Promo Tile with labeled breakpoints. The image will crop at the respective breakpoints. The copy will sit on top of the background, so don't add any text or designs that could affect legibility.
Required: Assets due 72 hours before campaign launch.

EMAIL BANNER
An email banner is an ad unit embedded in the WM newsletter. The ad uses a static image, allowing for a fully customizable design to reach all opt-in users in the targeted region.
Note: This ad unit is only available as an add-on to a hero banner campaign.

Template Features & Limits

Add-on only – must be purchased with another Ad Unit. User targeting will match region targeting of the other purchased Ad Units. URLs cannot link offsite from the WM ecosystem.
CONTENT GUIDELINES
Ads must be compliant with state regulations and all disclaimers and state-required information may be added as needed. Our Ads Specialists and Ad Operations team can provide general disclosure requirements for your state, but any such simplified requirements provided are not meant to be comprehensive. Advertisers are always responsible for ensuring that their ads comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, public order rules, industry codes, regulations, and legal processes in each geographic area where the ads will run.
Your company name or logo must be displayed as consumers need to know who is advertising.
Any language that contains "order", "vapes", "pods", "cart" is strictly prohibited. Images of vape cartridges are not allowed.
Keep the design clean and accessible to all users. Do not use any images that are graphic or vulgar.
Legibility is a priority. The limited text color options are meant to ensure ease of access to all our users. Try to avoid clashing or hard-to-read colors.
Ads and calls to action must not be false or misleading in any manner. Please accurately describe any offers and do not make any unjustifiable claims. Ads may not contain any health or safety claims.
Do not use logos or images you do not have rights to. Branding, logos, trademarks, or images that belong to another entity or are confusingly similar to other entities will be rejected.
Promotions, hyperlinks, and ad click-through URLs cannot link off the site. Phone numbers, email addresses, and external URLs are prohibited.
Ads may not depict consumption of cannabis or promote over-consumption of cannabis.
"Order" and vape cart text and image prohibition do not apply to email banners or landing pages.
Landing pages can only be used on an at-need basis. Please confirm with your rep or Ads Specialist the details of landing page uses. Use cases include multiple listings, deals, or special event launches.
All assets must be reviewed and approved before campaign launch.
Promoting medical and health benefits associated with the use of THC/CBD are prohibited at this time.
CAMPAIGN POLICY
Asset Submission
Assets must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the start of the campaign. If the campaign is slated for the weekend, assets should be in no later than Wednesday EOD. This includes ancillary creatives, such as landing page banners and copy.
Change Policy
Changes may be necessary, and Ad Operations can accommodate updates as long as I submit them promptly. Changes must be requested 48 hours before the campaign launch.
Once the campaign has been approved internally, the campaign is locked.
Late Submissions
Late asset submission may result in a delay in the campaign launch. Dates are locked per the insertion order, and there will be no refund if a campaign is delayed or impression goals are not met due to late submissions.
Any campaign that has multiple creative variations must adhere to the 72-hour submission time before the creative changes.
If an insertion order has multiple campaigns, the policy is strictly enforced. If assets are not confirmed 48 hours before the next campaign date, the previous assets and copy will be used. You may choose to disable the campaign, but no refund or credit will be issued.
