How to manage the Dynamic Delivery ETA for your Delivery Listing:
Log in to your Weedmaps Admin account.
From the left-hand menu, select the DELIVERIES tab under the LISTINGS section.
Open the GENERAL tab at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the Menu section.
To control whether the dynamic ETA appears on your listing, use the checkbox labeled Display dynamic delivery ETA for the Full Menu:
Checked (default): The dynamic ETA appears, calculated automatically using recent order averages.
Unchecked: The ETA will not display on your listing.

How is the Dynamic ETA calculated?
The Dynamic ETA is calculated for each Delivery Listing using the most recent orders average based on the fulfilment times of completed orders over the last 24 hours. The average is calculated using the time the order is placed to the time the order is completed within WM Orders or the POS system. As order data refreshes, the dynamic ETA calculation will update to give the most up to date estimate available.
Why is there no ETA displayed on a Delivery Listing?
There are two reasons why you may not see a dynamic ETA displayed on a listing:
The listing has been opted out of displaying a dynamic ETA. This can be confirmed in the menu settings of your delivery as described above.
The delivery listing does not yet have enough data to accurately calculate an estimate.
How long does it take for an ETA to show up on a brand new Delivery listing?
After 20 + orders are completed, the dynamic ETA will be calculated and displayed on the Delivery Listing. The ETA will update daily as orders are processed.
How can I turn off the Dynamic ETA?
Uncheck the box under the setting to Display dynamic delivery ETA for the Full Menu, within the General tab of your listing backend. We would encourage you to share any feedback with your Weedmaps Account Team should you decide to disable the setting.
Can I revert to display the static ETA instead?
Dynamic ETA has replaced the Static ETA on Delivery Listings. Adding a Check Out Message on each Delivery Listing can be a good way to manage order expectations for customers, if you have additional information to include. There is also the option to toggle off Display dynamic delivery ETA for the Full Menu.
The Dynamic ETA is not calculating accurately for my Delivery listing. How can this be fixed?
Reach out to your Weedmaps Account Team to discuss any concerns you may have with the ETA.
How will Scheduled Orders affect Dynamic ETA?
Listings with Scheduled Orders cannot use Dynamic ETA.
I do not have an ETA displayed and I want it to stay that way. Will this add an ETA for me?
No. ETA will not be enabled on your behalf. If the toggle to display ETA was off, it will remain off unless you update it.
What are the benefits of Dynamic ETAs?
A more precise ETA can help boost online order conversions and improve the overall satisfaction of consumers. The intention is not only to elevate the consumer experience, but also increase the number of positive reviews on your direct listing as a result.
Are there any best practices to keep in mind when managing delivery orders?
Timely management of delivery order statuses within Weedmaps and/or within your Point-of-Sale system will give consumers the most accurate reflection of what they can expect. Reach out to your Weedmaps Account Team to discuss any additional questions you may have.
