Introducing the new Weedmaps Admin UI
The Admin team has been hard at work to update the Admin portal with our business clients in mind. With this update, we aim to provide you with a better user experience when using our Admin portal while also developing foundational technology to help bridge the gap between the former and the next iterations of our Weedmaps Admin portal.
The first update offers a simple-to-use homepage user interface (UI) that provides you with relevant information and helps you easily navigate and discover important features to benefit your listings.

Engagement metrics
Engagement metrics provide you with a quick overview of how your listing is performing on Weedmaps.
The components of the engagement metrics include:
Views: Listings clicked
Visitors: Unique daily visitors to a listing page, including listing previews
Engagements: listing_followed + menu_item_favorited + contact_clicked + menu_item_clicked
Estimated Return On Ad Spend (eROAS):
Formula: ((Contact Clicks + Orders Placed + Deals Claimed) * AOV) / Adjusted Spend
If there are no orders data, a default value of 80 will calculate the AOV (Average Order Value)
Complete your profile
Complete dispensary listing profiles have a higher level of engagement, so now we provide direct links to different screens in the Client Profile to encourage you to complete your profile. Incomplete tasks will be light gray, while it will highlight completed tasks in teal. Once you've completed your profile, it will remove from your homepage view.
Go Premium / Premium Listing
Easily upgrade to a premium listing. When you click Contact us, this alerts your Weedmaps rep that you're interested in a Premium Listing.
If you already have a Premium Listing, this card won't display.
Review Summary
Admin 2.0 offers a centralized location to find a summary of all reviews for a listing. This allows you to see how your dispensary listing is performing with Weedmaps users and respond if needed.
Clicking See all reviews will take you to the full list of reviews received for your listing.
Data won't display if reviews aren't enabled on your listing.
Popular Products
Displays the top 10 products, either by Menu or Region. User clicks determine the order of the product rankings.
Live menu integration / Connect your POS
This module allows you to integrate your point-of-sale (POS) systems with Weedmaps if you haven't yet done so, to provide hands-off menu management maintenance.
Create a deal
If deals are enabled, this card will navigate to the Create a deal page. For listings that aren’t deals-enabled, clicking through will notify your representative of your interest in enabling deals.
When deals aren't part of your subscription, the initial click will alert your Weedmaps sales rep about your inquiry.
Once deals are enabled, clicking on this CTA navigates you to the Create a deal page.
Enable online ordering / Start taking online orders
This allows you to request the enabling of Weedmaps Orders. When you click Get online ordering, your Weedmaps sales rep will contact you to get WM Orders set up.
If you already have online ordering, this card won't display.
Data Cards
The Admin dashboard has four (4) data cards visible to Org Admins depending on what Weedmaps services you’re running and what data is available:

The date filters (1 week, 1 month, 3 months) at the top of the dashboard apply to key performance indicators where relevant.
Ad Campaigns
The Ad Campaigns data card displays how your Cost Per Click listings are performing with two leading key performance indicators along the top:
Impressions: The total number of impressions on a campaign (or set of drives) during the time selected in the calendar filter
Clicks: The total number of clicks on a campaign (or set of drives) during the time selected in the calendar filter
Below the key performance indicators is a list of your top campaigns requiring attention, with direct links to these campaigns in the Campaign Manager.
Deals
The Deals data card displays how your Deals are performing. The Active Deals table view has data points for all running deals, count of views, clicks, and claims.
Deals appear for the listing selected:
Active Deal: A deal that's currently running. The date filters at the top of the dashboard won’t affect the deals on the list
Unscheduled deal: Deals that were never scheduled or a previously ran deal that expired
Views/Clicks/Claims: Deals can be associated with more than one listing. However, the data will associate with the listing selected
Ranking: Deals are ranked by Deals Claimed divided by (Deals Viewed/Deals Clicked).
Orders
The Orders data card displays how your orders are performing with a set of key performance indicators along the top. Data points above the table include all order data for the listing.
Open Orders include the following statues:
Queued
Pending
In Progress includes the following order statuses:
In_progress
Pickup_picking
Delivery_started
Delivery_near_destination
Migrated_to_cart
Awaiting_payment
Orders this period: Total Completed Orders, excluding Canceled Orders
Revenue in the selected period (1w, 1m, 3m)
Percentage Change in revenue from the last period
Average Order Value
Below the key performance indicators is a list of your Top 5 Active Promotions:
Count of Used
Average Order Value
Ranked by count of Used
All data is for both Weedmaps.com Orders and Store Orders. All Order amounts are Gross (taxes and discounts included).
Nearbys
This data card is only available for dispensaries.
The Nearbys data card has a set of key performance indicators that display how your listing is performing in nearby regions. The Date Filters (1 week, 1 month, 3 months) apply to the number of clicks displayed on this data card.
