Does my order confirmation display the time zone based on where the order was placed?

Yes.

The order confirmation will adjust accordingly based on the city and state.


What information is printed on order confirmations?

Depending on what you have set up within your WM account, you can expect the following:

  • Consumer information:

    • Name

    • Phone Number

  • For medical patients, the receipt will provide the medical ID number

  • Customer notes

  • Multiple quantities of items

  • Estimated taxes and totals


How do I configure my internet to our printer(s)?

Each printer will have a different set of instructions – please refer to this help center article by Star Micronics.


Can I reprint or view the order confirmation?

Yes. We’ve outlined the steps below.

On the Printers tab in WM Admin:

  1. Click the three-dot menu.

  2. Click Reprint.

  3. Click View Receipt.


Why are my order confirmations not printing?

There could be many reasons why order confirmations aren't printing.

The first step is to confirm your generated credentials have been correctly implemented into Star Micronics.

If your credentials have been implemented correctly and printing continues to be an issue, please contact Star Micronics.


How long can customer notes be?

160 characters.
