If you’ve recently switched to a Crawler WM integration – including Blaze, Cova, FlowHub, Dutchie, or Treez – and noticed that products that were previously Brand Linked are no longer displaying as linked, you have two options to get them to show as a Brand Linked products again.
Option 1: Get help from the menu curation team
Our menu curation team can Brand Link your products upon request. This is a great option if you have a high number of products to link or re-link. Please contact your Account Management team to submit a ticket to our menu curation team.
Please Note:
Use option 2 below if you need to brand link products on a one-off basis.
Some POS system integrations are not available for menu curation. Please confirm with your Account Manager to see if your integration qualifies.
Brand names that are not unique or closely resemble other brand names, in this case, the menu curation team may have difficulty discerning which is the correct brand.
A brand may have unpublished the product you want to re-link. The menu curation team can only re-link published products.
An entire brand may have been unpublished along with all of its products. In this situation, the menu curation team will be unable to re-link the product(s).
Option 2: Edit each menu item
If you don’t have many products to re-link and prefer to Brand Link products yourself, follow the steps below.
From WM Admin, go to the LISTINGS tab and click EDIT next to your listing
Go to the MENU tab.
Hover over the product you want to re-verify and click the pencil icon to edit it.
Change its setting to Branded Product.
Type in the Brand and Product and select the correct choices from the search results that appear.
When you’re finished, click Save.
Please note: If the brand has chosen to manually verify linking requests, you will need to wait until the brand approves it before it appears as Brand Linked.
