Weedmaps offers two different POS integrations with Cova:
Live Menu Integration: Weedmaps will periodically crawl your POS menu to keep your Weedmaps menu synced
Order Integration: If a customer places an order on Weedmaps, the order will automatically be sent to your POS for fulfillment

How to set up a Live Menu integration with Cova
If you already have an active live-menu Cova integration, please disconnect it before continuing with a new one.
Before you begin, make sure you have your Cova Access or application programming interface (API) key. If you do not have your keys, contact your Cova representative to request them.
After you have obtained your keys, change your temporary password to a permanent one. Please visit Cova’s help center for a step-by-step guide.
Once you have your Cova API/Access key and have reset your password, you may move forward with the following steps to set up the integration within the Weedmaps Admin panel.
Log in to your Weedmaps Admin account.
Choose the business you want to integrate with your POS.
From your Admin dashboard, click MENU.
Click POS Integration.
From the Point of Sale dropdown, choose Cova (Crawler) (beta).
Under Cova credentials enter the credentials provided by Cova.
Click Next.
In the Location field, select the location associated with your API key.
In the Integration options section, specify how you want your integration set up. These details determine how your products are mapped from Cova to Weedmaps. Hover over the info icon to see what each field is used for.

Click Save.
Congratulations! Within minutes, your menu data becomes available on Weedmaps.
NOTE: If your integration has completed its initial sync, and you notice that products that were previously listed as branded/verified products no longer display the blue checkmark indicating that the brand has confirmed you’re authorized, you may need to re-verify those menu items.
