Weedmaps offers two different POS integrations with Dutchie (formerly Leaf Logix)
Live Menu Integration: Weedmaps will periodically crawl your POS menu to keep your Weedmaps menu synced
Order Integration: If a customer places an order on Weedmaps, the order will automatically be sent to your POS for fulfillment

Before getting started, make sure you have your Dutchie API key and double-check you have followed the steps outlined here to set your inventory up to properly sync to Weedmaps.
If you don't have your Dutchie API key, contact Dutchie Support at [email protected] with the following message and they'll reply with a unique key for each location in your account:
"We would like to have an API key generated for our Weedmaps menu. We are account <YOUR ACCOUNT NAME>."
Log in to your WM Admin account.
Find your business from the Listings page and click EDIT.
Go to the MENU tab.
Click POS Integration.
From the Point of Sale dropdown, choose Dutchie.
Enter the below information for each field.
API Key (Medical Only) (required for medical locations)
API Key (Recreational Only) (required for adult-use or hybrid locations)
Click Next.
In the Rooms field, all rooms associated with your API key will be listed. Click the x next to the rooms that you don’t want to sync. All remaining rooms will be synced over.
The Use Dutchie Medical License Type should be set to Yes (enabled) if your integration is being set up in Arizona or Illinois. When enabled, Weedmaps will then respect the medical license type designation assigned by Dutchie rather than Weedmaps forcing the value, no matter which API key value is used.
Set Merge Cannabinoid Values to Yes (enabled) to combine THC/THCA and CBD/CBDA percentages and display the total percentage for each. Setting it to No (disabled) will base percentages solely on THC and CBD.
When you’re finished, click Create.
Congratulations! Your integration will initiate and it could take up to 30 minutes to complete. When it does, your menu data is available on Weedmaps.
NOTE: If your integration has completed its initial sync, and you notice that products that were previously listed as branded/verified products no longer display the blue checkmark indicating that the brand has confirmed you’re authorized, you may need to re-verify those menu items.

At a minimum, a Basic Listing account with Weedmaps
WM Orders enabled
WM Integration
An account with Dutchie
