The Orders dashboard is the central place for insights about orders placed through Weedmaps. It works as a top-level entry-point to understand what’s happening in the current period. Insights exposed in this dashboard aim to point where actions are needed.

At the top of the page, you have 2 filters.
Listings
Your order-enabled listings will show up in the list, even if they are currently unpublished.
Metrics
There are 3 metrics available to be selected: Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Order Volume, and Average Order Value (AOV). Per default, GMV will be selected every time the page is loaded. Selecting one of the metrics will dynamically change the numbers shown in the trend graph and the top cards at the bottom. It does not change the numbers from the indicator cards, since they are each already showing a specific metric.
How to interpret the data?
Data is refreshed daily just after midnight to include all data up to the previous day's end (11:59pm PT). Hence, if the refreshing was successful, every time the page loads it shows complete data for up the previous day.
Indicator Cards
Each card exposes the results for the given metric for the current month and comparing it with the same days of the previous month. For example, in 10/13/2023, this organization has transacted $225,911.65 in GMV in October 2023 (10/01 to 09/12), which is $40,725.17 (or 22%) higher than the same period in the previous month (09/01 to 09/12).
Trend Card
The trend graph shows the total sum for the selected metric up for up to the last 6 months. Remember that you can change the metric shown here by choosing using the dropdown at the top of the page.
Top Cards
The Popular tabs display the top 5 items in the current period according to the sum of the metric selected. The percent number is a percent of total calculation, that is, it's the slice out of the total for the period. For instance, STIIIZY has generated a GMV of $38,169.15 in Oct 2023, which is 16.1% of the total $225,911,65 (100%) in Oct 2023.
There are no percentages of total when Average Order Value is selected.
The Trending tabs display the top 5 items according to their absolute change from the previous period to the current period. The percentage number is the percentage of change between the previous period and the current period. For instance, the listing Dispensary in Irvine has generated a GMV of $10,496.35 in Oct 2023 (10/01 - 10/12), which is 98.5% higher (almost doubled) than in Sep 2023 (09/01 - 09/12) for that same listing.
