Weedmaps offers two different POS integrations with GrowFlow:
Live Menu Integration: Sync your POS menu with Weedmaps so that you only need to update your menu in one place
Order Integration: If a customer places an order on Weedmaps, the order will automatically be sent to your POS for fulfillment

It's now easier than ever to connect your GrowFlow point-of-sale (POS) data with Weedmaps for WM Integration. After you get set up, here’s what you can expect:
Initial sync will begin in a few seconds and may take about 30 minutes to complete
You can manage your product information all in GrowFlow
Changes in product information and inventory from GrowFlow will automatically update on your Weedmaps menu
You can also change product information from Weedmaps and that stays in place unless you change the information again in GrowFlow
Setting Up Your Menu Integration
Before getting started, make sure you have your GrowFlow API key.
If you don't have your GrowFlow API key, contact GrowFlow Support at growflow.com/contact with the following message and they'll reply with a unique key for each location in your account:
"We would like to have an API key generated for our Weedmaps menu. We are account <YOUR ACCOUNT NAME>."
NOTE: If you already have an integration in place, you'll need to disconnect it first. Follow these steps:
From WM Admin, find your business from the Listings page and click EDIT.
Go to the MENU tab.
Click POS Integrated.
Click Disconnect.
Confirm that you want to disconnect your existing integration.
You may need to refresh the page to make sure it's disconnected.
Once disconnected, you'll be able to follow the remaining steps to set up a new integration.
Log in to your WM Admin account.
Find your business from the Listings page and click EDIT.
Go to the MENU tab.
Click POS Integration.
From the Point of Sale dropdown, choose GrowFlow.
Enter the below information for each field.
Select the options relevant to your use-case.
You can choose to automatically assign stock images for any products that don’t already have an image.
The Include Taxes setting is only applicable if you don’t opt to combine price + tax data in GrowFlow. (NOTE: If you do opt to combine price + tax data in GrowFlow, you can ignore this setting.)
Click Save.
Congratulations! Your integration will initiate and it could take up to 30 minutes to complete. When it does, your menu data is available on Weedmaps.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can this integration be used for med/rec hybrid listing menus?
Yes, Weedmaps supports combined medical and recreational menus for hybrid listings with GrowFlow.
After the initial setup is complete, how do I know the integration is working correctly?
While logged in to your Weedmaps Admin account, you can view the Sync Activity. This is where you can confirm whether or not there were any issues with your credentials or the overall setup process. The Sync Activity page is also where you can view the number of menu items that have been "crawled" as well as the number of new items added to your Weedmaps menu from GrowFlow. This is the same page where you are alerted of any errors or issues regarding the sync activity.
Can I uninstall or pause this type of integration?
Yes, you can disconnect the integration if needed.
If I make changes to my menu via WM Admin, are those updates also reflected on my POS?
No. Any changes to your menu via WM Admin only modify your Weedmaps menu, not your POS menu. As a best practice, both Weedmaps and GrowFlow recommend that you always manage your menu through GrowFlow to minimize the chance of any misalignment between your Weedmaps menu and GrowFlow POS.
Do the product photos added via GrowFlow carry over to my Weedmaps menu?
Yes, the product photos from GrowFlow carry over into your Weedmaps menu.
When connecting my Weedmaps menu with GrowFlow, is there any downtime?
Downtime is to be expected, but it is minimal. It takes only a few minutes for your GrowFlow menu to load on Weedmaps. For larger menus, the downtime can take a bit longer (up to 30 minutes).
