Weedmaps offers two types of POS integrations with IndicaOnline
Live Menu Integration: Allows for a listing’s menu to be built directly from a POS Partner’s product and periodically synced to keep your Weedmaps menu up to-date
Order Integration: If a customer places an order on Weedmaps, the order will automatically be sent to your POS for fulfillment

It's now easier than ever to connect your IndicaOnline point-of-sale (POS) data with Weedmaps for WM Integration. After you get set up, here’s what you can expect:
Initial sync will begin in a few seconds and may take about 30 minutes to complete
You can manage your product information all in IndicaOnline
Changes in product information and inventory from IndicaOnline will automatically update on your Weedmaps menu
You can also change product information from Weedmaps and that stays in place unless you change the information again in IndicaOnline
Before getting started, your IndicaOnline POS will need to be set up with your Weedmaps ID (WMID). Contact IndicaOnline Support at [email protected] to do that. Once that’s been set up, follow these steps to complete your setup:
Log in to your WM Admin account.
Find your business from the Listings page and click EDIT.
Go to the MENU tab.
Click POS Integration.
From the Point of Sale dropdown, choose IndicaOnline.
When you’re ready, click Create.
Congratulations! Your integration will initiate and it could take up to 30 minutes to complete. If it is taking longer than 30 minutes to complete, reach out to Weedmaps Support at [email protected].
NOTE: If your integration has completed its initial sync, and you notice that products that were previously listed as branded/verified products no longer display the blue checkmark indicating that the brand has confirmed you’re authorized, you may need to re-verify those menu items.
