How to contact the customer about orders

Learn how to reach out to customers to gather additional information or provide updates about their Weedmaps orders.

If you need additional information from a customer to complete an order, you can contact them directly from the order details page.

To view order details:

  1. Log in to your Weedmaps Admin account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Orders.

  3. Select All Orders from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click the order number to open and view the details for that specific order.


Choose one of the following options:

Click to Call

To contact a customer by phone:

  1. Click the call icon below the customer’s name.

2. Enter your dispatch phone number.

3. Select Call to start the call.

Note: The dispatch and customer will be connected through an obfuscated phone line to ensure privacy protection.

Text

The Text button does not send a message directly to the customer.

Due to mobile carrier limitations, clicking Text will reveal the customer’s phone number, allowing you to send a message manually from your own device.

Direct Chat

To message a customer directly in Weedmaps Orders:

  1. Click Open Chat to access the conversation.

    2. Click Enter Message in the chat center

    3. Type your message in the text field.

    4. Click Send Message to deliver it.
