Sometimes you need some additional information from the customer to complete an order. To contact customers who have placed an order on Weedmaps, view the order details and choose from the following options:

1. Click to Call - To reach a customer by phone:

a) Click on the call icon below the customer's name
b) Enter a dispatch phone number
c) Select Call to initiate a call

Note: Dispatch and customer will be connected through an obfuscated phone line

2. Direct Chat - To chat with the customer directly:

a) Click on " Enter Message" in the chat center
b) Start typing your messaging (see image below)
c) Send Message
