To access WM Orders, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Weedmaps Admin
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Orders.
Once you’re in WM Orders, you can manage and track your orders through several key sections:
Dashboard: View a high-level overview of all order activity, including recent and pending orders.
Fulfillment: Monitor active orders and track their current statuses in real time.
Delivery: Manage delivery operations — assign routes to drivers and view deliveries on the live map.
All Orders: Access a complete list of all past and current orders.
Listings: All listings are enabled for online ordering.
Zones: Configure your delivery hours and set up delivery zones.
Auto Print: Download and install the Auto Print utility to enable automatic order printing.
Apps: Find quick links to the Fulfillment, Driver, and Desktop Fulfillment apps.
💡 Tip: Make sure your staff has the appropriate permissions to access WM Orders and manage specific sections.
