Weedmaps offers one type of point-of-sale (POS) integration with Greenbits:
Live menu integration: Allows for a listing’s menu to be built directly from a POS Partner’s product and periodically synced to keep your Weedmaps menu up to-date

Before enabling the live menu integration on Weedmaps, please make sure you:
Have your Greenbits API Key

Setting up a live menu integration
Log in to your WM Admin account
Navigate to the LISTINGS tab to locate your listing and select EDIT
Select the MENU tab at the top of the page
Select the POS Integration button located at the top right corner of the page
Please Note: If you currently have a menu, the message below will appear on the POS Integration page:
"Looks like this menu has items in it. To integrate this menu, you must first delete all current items or create a new blank menu. Then connect the newly created menu to your listing. Click here to create a new menu."
Before you can integrate, you will need to either clear the existing menu or create a new one and set it live. Steps to create a New Menu are found here.
From the Point of Sale dropdown, choose Greenbits
Enter your API Key and click Next
Choose the desired Integration options you would like to have for your integration settings
Click Save

Why are my product images not showing on my Weedmaps menu?
Please ensure your product images within Greenbits meet the following requirements:
The image size is a minimum of 600 x 600 pixels
The image file type is either .png or .jpeg
Please note: Images in .png & .jpeg format downloaded from the internet are often automatically converted to webp. file types which will not display on Weedmaps.The image is directly uploaded into your POS system and not uploaded from a third party
Where should I edit and modify my menu items?
Once you are menu integrated with your Greenbits POS system, all edits and modifications made to products need to be made directly in your POS system. If you make changes to the menu items directly on Weedmaps, it can disrupt the integration between Weedmaps and Greenbits. The only edits or modifications that can be made on Weedmaps is featuring a product and brand verifications.
Why are some of the product categories in Greenbits different than Weedmaps?
Weedmaps has default category mapping (see the table below). When a Greenbits category isn't an exact match with a Weedmaps category, Weedmaps automatically checks the default category mapping generated by Greenbits. In the event that the default category mapping doesn't yield a match, the Weedmaps systems perform a search and attempt to match up categories based on text. When a match cannot be found via default category matching or text-matching, the product is placed in the Other category on Weedmaps.Weedmaps Other category only supports unit-based pricing; it does not support weight-based pricing.
